Ed Chad Smith Cms’s Expertise Organizational Change Management Consulting is my passion. As an OCM consultant, I analyze change projects and apply a research-driven methodology. This methodology informs the six stages of successful adoption and is implemented with real-world business solutions informed by organizational culture. I utilize a data-driven approach that tests, measures, and evaluates the change process, which informs an agile change journey.
